We typically process payments within 3–7 business days after the end of your trip. You'll receive a confirmation email once your payment is on its way. If you've customized your color settings and want to return to the original look, resetting to the default color is quick and easy. To reset: Go to Your Settings: Click on your profile icon and select Settings from the dropdown menu. Open Appearance or Theme Settings: Navigate to the Appearance or Display Preferences tab. Click “Reset to Default”: You'll see an option labeled Reset to Default Color. Click it to restore the original theme. Your changes will be applied instantly. Follow these steps to connect your Twitter account securely: Create a Twitter Developer Account: Visit developer.twitter.com and sign in with your Twitter account. Apply for a developer account if you haven't already. Create a Project & App: Under your developer dashboard, create a new project and app. You’ll receive your API Key, API Secret Key, and Bearer Token. Copy Your API Credentials: Save the keys securely. You'll need them for integration. Go to Kappa Trips Developer Settings: In your Kappa Trips dashboard, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Twitter. Enter Your API Credentials: Paste your API Key and Secret Key into the provided fields and save your changes. Follow these simple steps to import the demo: Log In to Your Admin Dashboard: Use your admin credentials to access the Kappa Trips backend. Go to Demo Import Section: Navigate to Settings > Tools > Demo Import. Choose a Demo Version: Select the demo that best fits your use case (e.g. adventure tours, city breaks, nature retreats). Each demo includes preloaded trips, images, categories, and sample content. Click “Import Demo” Press the Import Demo button. The system will automatically install all demo data — including sample trips, destinations, user roles, and booking settings. Customize as Needed: Once the import is complete, you can modify the content to fit your brand, upload your own trips, and adjust settings accordingly. ⚠️ Note: Importing a demo will overwrite existing data.
