🛎️ Standard Cancellation Policy
Depending on your package type, cancellation fees may apply. Our general cancellation policy includes:
- Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking (if departure is more than 30 days away)
- Partial refunds for cancellations made 15–30 days before departure
- Travel credit for cancellations made up to 7 days before departure (on select packages)
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before travel (exceptions apply for emergencies or travel restrictions)
✨ Important: Some special or promotional packages may have stricter cancellation terms. Always review your specific package’s terms during booking or contact us directly for details.
🔁 Flexible Rebooking & Travel Credit
If you’re not ready to travel but don’t want to cancel, we offer:
- Free date changes on many packages (up to 15 days before departure)
- Travel credits valid for up to 12 months, applicable to any future trip with KappaTrips
